Nice rustic wine bar, in the former Rectory in Rech an der Ahr. Nice terrace. The interiors are tastefully renovated and furnished. Good wine list, coffee, homemade cake. Highly recommended !!

Nice atmosphere, great house, but unfortunately the only thing that is nice! Owner / tenant very, very unfriendly! Everything seems loveless ... The chairs have no or old, dirty cushions, coffee only in pots, the menu has seen better days ... Very disappointing! It's a shame actually. Never again. Unfortunately, I cannot assign 0 points 😑

Waitress a bit overwhelmed but friendly. Boss or tenant totally rude. The food a cheek. The location had something to offer. Unfortunately there are only ugly plastic chairs there and with the corresponding restrictions. "Only jug outside" should have been over since the 90s. Here still standard. Never again!

To relax in the garden of the old vicarage during a wonderful summer-autumn weather and to enjoy a tasty glass of Federweisser and delicious onion cakes ... what more could you want ... We will gladly come back.

Our favorite place in the Ahr valley 🍷

The inn is run by 2 brothers, whose commitment is limited. Too bad because it's a nice building with nice rooms. Nevertheless, there is an extensive wine offer at very moderate prices. The menu is small, but all snack plates are fine, as is the cake from the local bakery. In summer there is a beautiful sunset on the terrace.

Quaint relaxation on the terrace with sunshine and a good glass of wine.

Coffee and cake in the garden of an old former rectory has something. Points are deducted for the burnt edge of the delicious cherry cheesecake.
